Yago Motorbike Ride On-Demand Taxi App Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Yago, the motorbike ride on-demand taxi app. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Yago app and related services. By using our app, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the Yago App

1.1 Eligibility: To use the Yago app, you must be at least 18 years old and possess the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

1.2 License: Yago grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal and non-commercial purposes.

1.3 Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupts the operation of the app.
• Engage in any form of harassment, spamming, or solicitation.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Ride Booking: You can book a ride through the app by providing pick-up and drop-off locations.

2.2 Payment: You agree to pay the fare displayed at the end of your ride. Payment methods may include credit/debit cards, digital wallets, or other approved payment methods.

2.3 Cancellation: If you cancel a ride after a driver has been assigned, you may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. User Conduct and Responsibilities

3.1 Safety: You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the driver and to wear appropriate safety gear, including a helmet where required by law.

3.2 Behavior: You agree to treat drivers with respect and courtesy. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited.

3.3 Feedback: You may provide feedback about your ride experience, but it must be truthful and not violate any applicable laws or regulations.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership: The app and its content, including logos, trademarks, and software, are the property of Yago and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

4.2 Restrictions: You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or display any portion of the app without explicit written permission from Yago.

5. Termination

Yago reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time for any reason, including violating these terms.

6. Privacy

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Yago makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the app’s fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or accuracy.

Yago shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the app.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lebanon.
